END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)THE BLOOM INITIATIVE

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity, referred to herein as "You" or "User") and [Trema-Coding] ("Developer") for the game The Bloom Initiative ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Developer grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may:
Download and install the Game on compatible devices.
Play the Game in accordance with its intended design and functionality.
You may not:
Modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Developer.
Circumvent, remove, alter, or bypass any security features, digital rights management, or licensing protections in the Game.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including but not limited to all code, graphics, audio, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by Developer or its licensors. This EULA does not grant You any ownership rights in the Game.
3. UPDATES AND PATCHES
Developer may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at any time, which may be required to continue using the Game. Such updates may be applied automatically without notice.
4. USER CONTENT
If the Game allows You to submit, create, or share content ("User Content"), You grant Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and modify such content within the Game. You agree not to submit any illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
5. ONLINE FEATURES AND DATA COLLECTION
If the Game includes online features, You acknowledge that Developer may collect certain data related to Your gameplay and interactions. Any data collection will be in accordance with Developer’s Privacy Policy.
6. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Developer may terminate this license if You violate its terms. Upon termination, You must uninstall and cease all use of the Game.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Developer does not guarantee that the Game will function without errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of UK.
