1. 개요 (Overview)
본 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약(EULA)은 귀하(이하 "사용자")와 [회사명] (이하 "회사") 간의 법적 계약입니다. 본 소프트웨어(이하 "소프트웨어")를 설치하거나 사용함으로써 사용자는 본 계약의 조건에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

The User is prohibited from:
Copying, modifying, distributing, or reselling the Software
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software
Engaging in any other activities not explicitly permitted under this agreement
4. 소유권 및 저작권 (Ownership & Copyrights)
본 소프트웨어 및 그 모든 관련 지적 재산권은 회사의 소유이며, 본 계약은 사용자에게 소프트웨어에 대한 소유권을 부여하지 않습니다.
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by the Company. This Agreement does not grant the User any ownership of the Software.
5. 보증의 부인 및 책임 제한 (Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability)
본 소프트웨어는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 회사는 소프트웨어의 성능, 안정성 또는 적합성에 대해 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 회사는 소프트웨어의 사용 또는 사용 불가능으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties of performance, stability, or suitability. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
