END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Corruption Studio ("Developer") for the use of the game Insignis ("Game"). By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
2. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Game.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission from Corruption Studio.
Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Insignis, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Corruption Studio. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. Corruption Studio does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
Corruption Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or hardware/software malfunctions.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Corruption Studio may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with the terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].
9. Changes to This Agreement
Corruption Studio reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
