This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Koiuda Yana (“Service Provider”) governing your use of the Dopdop Online application (“Application”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. License Grant
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Early Access / Development Status
The Application is currently in development and may be released in Early Access. Features, content, and functionality may change, be incomplete, or contain errors. The Service Provider does not guarantee that any specific features will be completed or maintained.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except where permitted by law;
- distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application;
- use the Application for unlawful purposes or to disrupt online services.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the Service Provider. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Application.
5. Online Services
The Application may include online features and services. Availability of online features is not guaranteed and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
6. No Warranty
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Application.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, including in case of violation of this Agreement.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
10. Privacy
Use of the Application is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is collected and processed. The Privacy Policy is available at:

By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
