This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Studio Z (“Developer,” “We,” or “Us”), governing your use of The Cooking Club software application (“Game”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using The Cooking Club, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

The Game and all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to artwork, characters, story, dialogue, code, and audio) are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright and international treaties. You are granted a license to use the Game; ownership of the Game itself is not transferred to you.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game except as expressly allowed by this Agreement.
  
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
  
• Use the Game for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling, renting, or using it in commercial events) without explicit written permission.
  
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security or technical protection measures.
• Create derivative works, mods, or fan games without prior written approval from Developer.

Certain features (such as Discord or Steam integration) may require an internet connection. We do not guarantee the availability of online features and may modify or discontinue them at any time without notice.

If the Game allows you to create, upload, or share content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of such content, but you grant Developer a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content as necessary to operate and promote the Game. You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Developer may terminate this Agreement if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.

The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game, even if Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
