End User License Agreement (EULA) for Haunted Service
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Daring Cat Studio ("Company") for the use of Haunted Service ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. Grant of License
The license that is granted to You by the Company is solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game without explicit permission from the Company. However, the Company grants you the right to purchase, download, and use the Game for entertainment purposes through authorized distribution platforms such as Steam.
3. Ownership
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game are owned by the Company.
4. Permitted Uses
You are permitted to commercialize by streaming, recording, and publishing gameplay footage of Haunted Service on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and other streaming services, provided you do not misrepresent the Game or use it in a way that violates this Agreement.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Use the Game for any commercial purposes without prior authorization.
- Distribute, rent, lease, or lend the Game to third parties.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Haunted Service includes the Unreal® Engine code and other code, materials, and information (the “Epic Materials”) from Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”). All Epic Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, “with all faults” and without warranty of any kind. Daring Cat Studio, Epic, and Epic’s affiliates disclaim all warranties, conditions, common law duties, and representations (express, implied, oral, and written) with respect to the Epic Materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Daring Cat Studio, Epic, Epic’s licensors, nor its or their affiliates, nor any of Daring Cat Studio’s or Epic’s service providers, shall be liable in any way for loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use the Epic Materials.
7. Third-Party Software
This Game includes third-party software subject to their respective licenses:
