For data collecting and processing purposes, the data controller is Mateusz Budny Software Development, a company registered in Poland with the identification number 8982282612.

We use our mailing list to give you updates about our games. We send them roughly once a month.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we add your email address to our mailing list. To ensure that the email provided wasn't used without your consent, we use double opt-in. We track link clicks and email bounce events to improve our newsletter, and to periodically remove inactive subscribers.

As you play our Game(s), we are gathering the data about your gameplay and errors, which we use to improve the experience.

We may automatically and passively collect and use certain information from your device whenever you use or interact with our Game, including: the Internet Protocol address (IP address) of the machine which accessed the Game, general location information, the date and time of your use, gameplay information, any errors encountered, and crash reports which may be automatically generated when or if our Game crashes and includes information about the system and the crash, and other similar data.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to the processing described above. The legal basis is consent of the data subject (GDPR 6(1)(a)). We process your interaction with our newsletter as described above based on our legitimate interest in maintaining the quality and deliverability of our mailing list and messages.

Newsletter data is retained until you request deletion.

Gameplay analytics and crash data are retained only as long as necessary for debugging and improvement purposes, after which
they are anonymized or deleted.

We make sure to work only with partners who are GDPR-compliant, and we will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

We will not use your information for any third party marketing purposes.

We may share anonymized game and newsletter statistics with other game developers for educational purposes.

We may share your personal information if we are obligated to do so to comply with the law.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA by our service providers, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission are used.

MailerLite

We use MailerLite to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.

Unity

For analytics and crash/error reporting we use Unity services. Unity Technologies processes analytics and crash report data on our behalf as a data processor.

You can always request erasure of your personal data from our records or withdraw your consent to processing of your personal data. We comply with the GDPR (the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation) and will honor your requests in accordance with your rights, which can be found in chapter 3 of the GDPR:

When you download or play our Game via Steam, Valve Corporation processes personal data independently as a data controller. Please refer to Steam’s Privacy Policy for information on how Valve processes personal data.

We may introduce changes to this Privacy Policy in the future. We will post an updated version on this page, and if appropriate, we will notify you about the changes via email.

We do not and will not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 (Poland follows the GDPR minimum age of 16 for such services). If we learn that we possess such data, we will make sure to erase such data from our records. If the individual is subscribed to the newsletter, it will result in a suspension of the subscription.
