This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and Tyrannosaurus Game Studio ("Licensor") for the software game "Chronicles of Time: Phoenix’s Eternal Song" (the "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
Use the Software for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the Licensor.
Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, remain the sole property of the Licensor.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or function without interruption.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
6. Termination
The Licensor may terminate this license at any time if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Software.
7. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
8. Acknowledgment
By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
