END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and MadMaster Games ("Licensor" or "We"), governing your use of "The Fear Chants: Echoes of the Devil" ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game through Steam, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
1.1. The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on Steam.
1.2. This Agreement does not grant ownership of the Game, but only a right to use it according to these terms.
1.3. The Game is licensed, not sold. You agree not to attempt to claim ownership of any part of the Game.
2. RESTRICTIONS
2.1. You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or lease the Game or any part of it;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Game’s source code;
Use cheats, automation software, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software;
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent;
Share, sublicense, or allow others to use your copy of the Game outside the scope of Steam's family sharing features.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1. All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to its design, artwork, music, and code, are owned by the Licensor or its licensors.
3.2. The Game is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
4.1. The Game does not collect and process data.
4.2. By using the Game, the user does not exchange any data collection and processing.
5. UPDATES AND CHANGES
5.1. The Licensor reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Updates may be required to continue using the Game.
5.3. You acknowledge that updates may modify game mechanics, features, or content without prior warning.
6. TERMINATION
6.1. This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
6.2. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you violate any of its terms, at which point you must cease using and uninstall the Game.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
7.1. The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7.2. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Game will function without interruptions or errors.
7.3. The Licensor is not responsible for any psychological or emotional distress that may arise from playing the Game.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.
8.2. The Licensor is not responsible for any loss of data, hardware failures, or issues arising from third-party software (including Steam services).
9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Italy. 9.2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of Italy.
By installing and using The Fear Chants: Echoes of the Devil, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this End User License Agreement.
