END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and DRCOCKTAIL GAMES LLP, an LLP registered in India ("Licensor" or "We"), governing your use of the game Railway Chai Wala ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using this Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensor grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial use on a compatible device. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Software, including but not limited to its code, graphics, 3D assets, and design, is the intellectual property of the Licensor. The music within the Software may be the property of third parties, credited accordingly. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Remove or alter any copyright notices.
Use the Software for commercial purposes without express permission.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Licensor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Software and disclaims all liability for any damages resulting from its use.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
6. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. If You violate any terms, Licensor may revoke Your license, and You must delete all copies of the Software.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
