End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Eternal Drift Studio LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") for the use of the video game "Medieval Halloween VR" ("Software" or "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions

4. Ownership
Eternal Drift Studio LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Eternal Drift Studio LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
