Game: Down with the Ship
By installing, accessing, or using Down with the Ship, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the game.
1. License
Iron Anchor Games LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Down with the Ship for personal, non-commercial use.
The game is licensed, not sold. Iron Anchor Games LLC retains all rights to the game, including its software, artwork, music, sound, text, characters, designs, trademarks, and other content.
2. Rules
You agree not to cheat, hack, exploit bugs, harass other players, upload unlawful or infringing content, interfere with the game or its services, or use the game for commercial purposes without permission.
We may restrict access to online features if reasonably necessary to protect the game, other players, or our services.
3. User Content
If the game allows you to create or share content, you keep ownership of your content.
By sharing content through the game, you give Iron Anchor Games LLC permission to host, display, modify, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, support, and promote the game.
4. Privacy
The Game stores your Steam username and Steam-related identifiers only as needed for normal game features, such as online play, saves, leaderboards, moderation, support, and basic game functionality.
5. Updates
We may update, patch, modify, or change the game from time to time.
6. Legal Rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, privacy, digital content, or other mandatory laws.
