End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Vyralide ("Developer") regarding the use of *Dunthera - Tower Defense* ("Game"). By installing, copying, or using this Game, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the Game.
2. Ownership
The Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, or modify the Game, Game items and any in-game content created or curated by Vyralide ("Developer") without permission.
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the Developer, except for content creation such as streaming or video sharing, which is allowed.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game.
4. No Warranty
This Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, hardware failure, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game .
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and delete all copies.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Türkiye.
