END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (CLUF)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME "METAL HEAD WARFARE" (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS "THE SOFTWARE"). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTIONS
1.1. The Software and all of its components, including but not limited to graphics, code, music, animations, text, and interfaces, are protected by copyright laws and other applicable intellectual property laws.
1.2. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Creating, copying, modifying, distributing, or making available unauthorized copies of the Software, in whole or in part, by any physical or digital means.
Sharing, selling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Software without the express written consent of the copyright holder.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to access the source code, except where expressly permitted by law.
2. LICENSE OF USE
2.1. The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2.2. Each legally purchased copy through the Steam platform is strictly tied to the original purchaser and may not be shared with third parties.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
3.1. The use of the Software is at the user’s sole risk. The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
3.2. In no event shall the developer’s liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the license.
4. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION
4.1. Any violation of the terms of this agreement, including the creation of unauthorized copies or illegal distribution of the Software, may result in civil and criminal legal actions in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws.
4.2. The violator shall be responsible for all legal costs, compensatory damages, and other penalties imposed by the competent court.
5. TERMINATION
5.1. This agreement will automatically terminate if the user violates any provision of this agreement.
5.2. Upon termination, the user must immediately cease using the Software and destroy all existing copies.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country of residence of the developer, without prejudice to other applicable jurisdictions.
7. ACCEPTANCE
By installing and using the Software, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
