END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (EULA) applies when you install and use the "Universe Conflict" game (hereinafter referred to as "Software"). Please read this agreement carefully. By installing and using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
1. License Grant
The Software grants you a temporary, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only. All copyrights and ownership rights of the Software are reserved by C.O.T.E Technology & Development Studios. This license allows you to use the Software only on a specific device and cannot be used for any commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions on Use
The user agrees not to:
Reverse engineer, compile, or decompile the Software.
Share or distribute the Software in any unauthorized manner.
Modify the Software to include viruses, malware, or other malicious software.
Rent or license any part of the Software for commercial purposes.
3. Updates and Upgrades
The developer may provide updates, upgrades, or patches to the Software from time to time. These updates may add new features or make changes to existing features. By using the Software, you agree to accept such updates.
4. Intellectual Property
The Software and all its content (graphics, sounds, codes, characters, and all other elements) are protected by copyrights and trademarks and are the property of C.O.T.E Technology & Development Studios. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the Software.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The Software is provided "as is." The developer does not guarantee that the Software will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The developer cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Software.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
The Software may monitor or collect your in-game activities. This data may be used to improve the gaming experience. You can review our privacy policy regarding the collection and use of your personal data.
7. Disclaimer of Real-Life Associations
Any persons, institutions, characters, or events mentioned in the game are entirely fictional and have no relation to real persons, institutions, events, or situations. All content is designed solely for commentary, imagination, and entertainment purposes. Players are solely responsible for any interpretations they make about the in-game content, and C.O.T.E Technology & Development Studios bears no responsibility for such interpretations.
8. Termination
The developer may terminate this EULA at any time. This means you must cease using the Software and delete it immediately.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and will be interpreted in accordance with these laws. In case of any disputes, the courts of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction.
10. Acceptance
By installing and using the Software, you accept all the terms stated above. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not install or use the Software.
