END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Vapor Cat Games LLC ("Licensor") for the use of the game software called Wireframe Warfare ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
User shall not:
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Bypass any security measures or attempt to interfere with the Game’s operations.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game and all associated content are owned by Licensor. This Agreement does not grant ownership rights, only a license to use the Game under the specified terms.
4. UPDATES AND CHANGES
Licensor may release updates or patches that modify the Game. User acknowledges that updates may be required for continued use and that some features may be changed or removed.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if User violates any terms. Upon termination, User must uninstall the Game and cease all use, with no repayment from Licensor.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico. For users outside the United States, local consumer protection laws may apply where applicable.

By using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
