This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ApeXPLoit Studios ("We," "Us," or "Our") for the software application RepoRocket ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
ApeXPLoit Studios grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions.

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and source code, remain the exclusive property of ApeXPLoit Studios.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEXploit STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL APEXploit STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ApeXPLoit Studios ("We," "Us," or "Our") for the software application RepoRocket ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. LICENSE GRANT
ApeXPLoit Studios grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software without written permission.
- Use the Software for illegal, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software in a way that violates the SteamGridDB API, GitHub API, or GitLab API terms.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Software interacts with third-party services, including but not limited to:
- SteamGridDB API for downloading artwork.
- GitHub API and GitLab API for managing repositories.
- SDL3 for controller and input support.
By using the Software, you acknowledge that these third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We do not control or assume liability for their operation.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and source code, remain the exclusive property of ApeXPLoit Studios.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEXploit STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL APEXploit STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
