END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you (either an individual or a single entity, hereinafter "User" or "You") and Nar Oyun Yazılım Stüdyosu ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), a company operating out of Ankara, Türkiye.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the video game "Forged: Reconquest" (the "Software" or “Game”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Nar Oyun Yazılım Stüdyosu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use on a device that you own or control.
The Software is licensed to you, not sold. You acknowledge that no title or ownership in the Software is being transferred or assigned and this Agreement should not be construed as a sale of any rights in the Software.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any game titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, and audio-visual effects) are owned by Nar Oyun Yazılım Stüdyosu or its licensors.
The Software is protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Türkiye, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws.
All rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Nar Oyun Yazılım Stüdyosu.
3. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE (UNREAL ENGINE)
This Software was created using Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Epic Games, Inc., its affiliates, and its licensors:
Disclaim all representations, warranties, conditions, and liabilities regarding the Software.
Are not responsible for any support or maintenance of the Software.
Shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
4. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You agree not to, and not to allow others to:
Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software, in whole or in part.
Transfer: Sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, or otherwise transfer this Software or any copies.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or Nar Oyun Yazılım Stüdyosu. Nar Oyun Yazılım Stüdyosu may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS IS")
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NAR OYUN YAZILIM STÜDYOSU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT IT WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR THAT IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH ALL HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE CONFIGURATIONS.
7. PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and only collect, use and disclose your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and in this Agreement. You hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Agreement.
You consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your name, contact information and other personal information to the extent necessary or desirable for us to communicate with you, monitor your compliance with this Agreement, and manage the Game. We may use aggregate, non-identifiable information about Game players for promotional and advertising purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. If we suspect you of fraudulent or other criminal activities, we may disclose your personal information to the police or other authorities. We will not otherwise disclose your personal information except as permitted or required by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NAR OYUN YAZILIM STÜDYOSU BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
IN ANY CASE, NAR OYUN YAZILIM STÜDYOSU’S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nar Oyun Yazılım Stüdyosu, its partners, affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from: (a) Your acts or omissions in using the Software; (b) Your violation of this Agreement; or (c) Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
10. AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT
Nar Oyun Yazılım Stüdyosu reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website, or via the platform (Steam/Epic) patch notes. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ankara Commercial Courts and Ankara Mediation Offices.
12. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
