END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Foxekai ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing the use of A Forest Tail ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.
You may:
Install and play the Game on a compatible device.
Stream or share gameplay content as permitted by the Game.
Create and share non-commercial content related to the Game (e.g., mods, fan art) if it does not violate copyright laws.
You may not:
Distribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the Game or any of its components.
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Game’s source code.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
Use cheats, bots, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized modifications.
Violate any applicable laws while using the Game.
2. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game, including all content, assets, and intellectual property, is owned by Foxekai or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant ownership rights—only a limited right to use the Game in accordance with this Agreement.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
By creating or sharing content within the Game (e.g., mods, screenshots, videos), you grant Foxekai a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content for promotional or commercial purposes.
You agree not to create or distribute content that is:
Illegal, offensive, or infringing upon others' rights.
Promoting cheating, hacking, or exploitative behavior.
Violating this Agreement or any applicable laws.
4. ONLINE FEATURES & ACCOUNT USAGE
If the Game includes online multiplayer or account-based services:
You must comply with community guidelines and behave respectfully.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating the rules.
We do not guarantee online service availability or data persistence.
5. UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS
We may release patches, updates, or changes to the Game, which may be automatically applied. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Game at any time, without liability to you.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free gameplay or compatibility with all devices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Foxekai is not responsible for:
Loss of data, interruptions, or technical failures.
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the Game.
User-generated content or interactions with other players.
If liability cannot be fully disclaimed, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may revoke your license if you violate these terms. You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the Game and ceasing all use.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the The United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through Courts of The United States of America.
10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
