END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "You") and Physgit, the publisher of The Void Corridors ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing The Void Corridors, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Physgit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
(a) Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or with malicious intent.
(b) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game, except as explicitly allowed under the Modding and Total Conversions clause below.
(c) Use the Game in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
3. Modding and Total Conversions
Physgit supports and encourages creative modifications ("Mods") to the Game. You may create and share Mods for personal, non-commercial use, provided that:
Mods are not sold or distributed for commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized by Physgit.
Mods must not infringe on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
Total Conversions
If a Mod evolves into a Total Conversion—defined as a modification that fundamentally transforms the Game into a distinct experience (as determined solely by Physgit)—then the following conditions apply:
(a) The creator assumes all legal, financial, and operational responsibility for their Total Conversion.
(b) Physgit reserves the right to distribute or publish the Total Conversion, either commercially or for free, as part of its intellectual property.
(c) If released by Physgit, it may be subject to revenue sharing, given that the Total Conversion builds upon Physgit’s proprietary content.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including any intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Physgit. You are granted a limited license to use the Game according to the terms of this Agreement but do not acquire any ownership rights in the Game.
5. Termination
Physgit reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your license to the Game if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies in your possession.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Physgit disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Physgit shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Physgit regarding the use of the Game. Any amendments or modifications must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
