End User License Agreement (EULA) for ICE9 GAMES Games

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING ANY SOFTWARE FROM ICE9 GAMES. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. Grant of License
ICE9 GAMES ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the accompanying software ("Game") solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You may NOT:
Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Game.
Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game without express written permission.
Use the Game for illegal, harmful, or competitive purposes (e.g., cheating, data mining, AI training).
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Game (including code, assets, and trademarks) belong exclusively to ICE9 GAMES and its licensors. Unreal Engine 5 and related technologies are property of Epic Games, Inc. and are protected under their respective EULAs.
This EULA does not grant you any rights to Unreal Engine 5. You agree to comply with Epic’s Unreal Engine EULA and acknowledge that Epic is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement regarding UE5 usage.
4. No Warranty & Liability Limitation
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ICE9 GAMES, ITS DEVELOPERS, AND EPIC GAMES DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR:
Damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from Game use.
Service interruptions, bugs, or data loss.
Third-party actions (e.g., mods, piracy).
5. Termination
This EULA terminates automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.
6. Updates & Amendments
ICE9 GAMES may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
BY INSTALLING THE GAME, YOU CONFIRM YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS EULA.
