END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“You” or “Licensee”) and Simdepo Games (“Licensor”) governing your use of Country Drive Simulator (the “Game”) on the Steam platform.

1. Definitions
“Game” means Country Drive Simulator and any updates, patches, downloadable content (DLC) or related materials provided by Licensor.

“Steam” means the Valve Corporation digital distribution platform on which the Game is sold and licensed.

“Licensee” means the individual or entity that downloads, installs or otherwise uses the Game.

2. License Grant
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download, install and play the Game on a single Steam account, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Restrictions
Licensee shall not, without Licensor’s prior written consent:

Copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease or lend the Game.

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on the Game.

Use cheats, bots, hacks, or other unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interferes with the Game’s functionality.

Circumvent any technical protection measures or digital rights management (DRM) employed by Licensor.

4. Updates, Patches & DLC
All updates, patches or DLC released for the Game are governed by this Agreement. Licensor may deliver such content automatically via Steam. Licensee’s right to use such content is limited to the same scope and duration as the original license.

5. Intellectual Property
All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and patents) are owned by Licensor or its licensors. This Agreement does not convey any ownership in the Game to Licensee.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to:

Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any warranty of uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Game, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensee’s rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if Licensee fails to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Edirne Courthouse.

By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
