END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Aiocane LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your use of the game WobblePop ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Aiocane LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WobblePop for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game;
Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent;
Use cheats, automation software, bots, or unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game;
Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Game.
3. OWNERSHIP
All intellectual property rights in WobblePop, including but not limited to code, visuals, audio, and content, remain the sole property of Aiocane LLC. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game, only a right to use it.
4. UPDATES AND CHANGES
Aiocane LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Aiocane LLC may terminate your license at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AIOCANE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIOCANE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
