1. GRANT OF LIMITED LICENSE
UPLAY Online grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the Game solely for personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with this EULA. This license allows you to play the Game on a compatible device that you own or control.
You are not granted any ownership rights to the Game. All rights not expressly granted to you under this EULA are reserved by UPLAY Online and its licensors. This license does not include the right to use the Game in a commercial environment or for profit.
2. USAGE RESTRICTIONS

3. ONLINE FEATURES AND SOCIAL CONTENT
The Game includes multiplayer, social, and real-time features such as interactive rooms, global events, live streams, and player chat. You are responsible for your behavior within the Game’s online environment.
UPLAY Online does not guarantee the continuous availability of these online services and may modify, limit, suspend, or cancel them at any time, especially during the Early Access period. The preservation of data or progress related to these features is not guaranteed.
You must always comply with the Game’s code of conduct, respect other players, and refrain from any actions that negatively affect the community experience.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
The Game allows you to create content such as characters, channels, streams, decorations, or recordings within the virtual environment. By uploading or sharing content, you affirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to share it.
You grant UPLAY Online a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for promotional, editorial, or functional purposes within the Game, without additional compensation.
UPLAY Online may remove content that violates this EULA, applicable law, or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, titles, and interests in the Game, including but not limited to its code, design, characters, images, music, trademarks, and other assets, are the property of UPLAY Online or its licensors.
This EULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you, except for the limited license described in Section 1. Any unauthorized use may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.
6. EARLY ACCESS
Youtubers Life 3: Stream Together! is released under an Early Access model. This means the Game is in active development, and certain features may change, be removed, or added over time. Players may encounter bugs, service interruptions, and content still being balanced or adjusted.
By participating in Early Access, you agree that you are acquiring and using a product in progress and understand that data, progress, and gameplay experience may be affected as new versions are released.
7. UPDATES
UPLAY Online may provide automatic patches, updates, or upgrades. These updates are mandatory to maintain compatibility and may change features, fix bugs, or introduce new content. By using the Game, you agree to receive these updates as an essential part of the experience.
8. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY LIMITATION
The Game is provided under Early Access, which means uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed, nor can it be assured that the Game is error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. UPLAY Online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
9. TERMINATION OF THE EULA
This EULA remains in effect until terminated by you or UPLAY Online. It may be terminated at any time if you breach its terms. In such case, you must delete and uninstall the Game and cease all use of it.
UPLAY Online may block your access to the Game, including online features, without prior notice if it believes a violation of this EULA has occurred.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes will be submitted to the Courts of the city of Barcelona, unless otherwise required by law.
