Definitions
• “Software” refers to the game titled “Major Party Racing” including all code, assets, data, and associated services or content.
• “Developer” refers to the creator and rights holder of the Software.
• “End User” or “User” refers to any individual who installs, accesses, or uses the Software in any capacity.
• “Terms” refers to all provisions, conditions, rules, and limitations outlined in this End-User License Agreement (EULA), including any updates or amendments issued by the Developer.
These definitions shall apply throughout this Agreement.
