--By installing, copying, or playing Memoridian, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement.
1. 🎮 License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Memoridian for personal, non-commercial use. You may stream gameplay, create fan content, and share screenshots, as long as you credit the game and don’t monetize it without permission.
2. 🚫 Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game’s code
- Use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the game without our written consent
- Use the game for commercial purposes (e.g., tournaments, paid mods) without a separate agreement
3. 🧩 Modding & Customization
We support creativity! You may create mods, skins, or custom content for personal use. However:
- Mods must not contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material
- You may not sell mods or use them to bypass game systems
- We reserve the right to disable or restrict modding features at any time
4. 🛠️ Updates & Support
We will release updates, patches, or new content. These are covered under this agreement.
Memoridian supports cloud saving where available. While we strive to maintain reliable data storage, we are not responsible for any loss of progress due to service outages or user-side issues.
5. ⚠️ Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Memoridian is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or hardware issues resulting from use of the game. Play responsibly and enjoy the journey.
6. 🏛️ Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
7. 🧹 Termination
We may terminate this license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the game and delete all copies.
