This User Agreement is a legal agreement between the purchaser and Ankou.s regarding your use of the video game titled Dead And Broken.
By downloading, installing or playing the Game, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Game.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including copyright, trademarks and other proprietary rights, belong to Ankou.s. You acknowledge that the Game is protected by intellectual property laws and you agree not to reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and play the Game, subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement. This license only allows you to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
