# Book Smugglers — End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and **FLUXO GAMES (Mb, Reklamos planas)** ("Developer," "we," or "us") regarding your use of the interactive software **Book Smugglers** ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

## 1. License Grant
We grant you a **personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license** to install and use the Game for your private, non-commercial entertainment.
You may:
* Install and play the Game on devices you own.
* Create and share gameplay screenshots, videos, or streams **as long as they do not violate this Agreement**.
You may **not**:
* Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
* Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code.
* Circumvent or modify security, DRM, or technical protections.
* Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission.

## 2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest—including but not limited to stories, characters, artwork, mechanics, audio, and code—remain the exclusive property of **FLUXO GAMES (Mb, Reklamos planas)**. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

## 3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
If the Game allows users to create or upload content:
* You retain ownership of your UGC.
* You grant FLUXO GAMES (Mb, Reklamos planas) a **worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license** to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your UGC within the Game and related marketing.
* You agree not to upload content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove UGC at our discretion.

## 4. Online Services
If the Game includes online features:
* Access may require an internet connection.
* We may modify, suspend, or discontinue online services at any time.
* We are not liable for interruptions or loss of saved progress.

## 5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
* Use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools.
* Interfere with servers, networks, or other players.
* Attempt to access restricted areas of the Game.
* Upload malware or harmful content.
Violations may result in license termination.

## 6. Age Requirements
You may only use the Game if you meet the minimum age rating determined by your region. Children must have parental or guardian permission.

## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided **“as is”** without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

* That bugs will be fixed.
