End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and [More K Games] (“Developer”) for the use of the game [Isle of the Eagle] (“Game”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the following terms:
1. License: You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Game for entertainment purposes only.
2. Ownership: The Game, including all content, code, and assets, remains the property of the Developer or its licensors. You do not own the Game.

4. Social Media Sharing: We encourage you to share gameplay clips on social media with the tag #IsleoftheEagle!
5. Disclaimer: The Game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Developer is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Game.
6. Termination: This Agreement ends if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.
