This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Cem Evran ("Licensor") regarding the use of the software MARKSMAN VR ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of the Game or its content.

2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to its code, visuals, assets, and trademarks, remain the sole property of Cem Evran and Çağrı Kağan Erkmen.

3. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the Game.
  
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Game.
  
• Use the Game for any unlawful purposes.
  
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the Game will operate without interruptions or errors.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

9. Acceptance
