END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before using the software.

1. Agreement

By installing, copying, or otherwise using Image2pixel (hereinafter the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Pixel Bear Teacher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software through the Steam platform in accordance with this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  
• Create derivative works based on the Software
  
• Copy, distribute, or sublicense the Software
  
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary markings
  
• Use the Software for commercial purposes without authorization

4. Ownership

The Software is owned by Pixel Bear Teacher and is protected by copyright. Your license does not grant you any rights to the Software's source code.

5. User-Generated Content

Any content created using the Software belongs to you, provided that:

• It does not infringe on third-party rights
  
• It complies with Steam's terms of service
  
• It does not violate any applicable laws

6. Updates and Maintenance

Pixel Bear Teacher may provide updates or modifications to the Software through Steam. These updates are subject to the terms of this EULA.

7. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you breach the restrictions described herein. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pixel Bear Teacher be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or performance of the Software.

10. STEAM Integration

The Software is integrated with the Steam service and is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable Steam terms and conditions.

11. Privacy

The Software may collect and transmit data necessary for its operation and integration with the Steam service. This data collection and use is governed by our Privacy Policy and Steam's Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the country where you reside. Any disputes will be resolved through Steam's dispute resolution procedures.
