END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using this software.
By installing or using the software (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to any artwork, music, code, and other content) remain the property of the Developer. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written consent from the Developer.
4. USER GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows you to create, share, or upload content, you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Game.
5. UPDATES
The Developer may provide updates or patches to improve the Game. These updates may modify or delete certain features. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of such changes.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or operate without interruption.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
8. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country or region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
