END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and Sagittarius (represented by John Boukhal) for the use of the game Venomous (the “Game”). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Sagittarius grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with this EULA.
2. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Game, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, code, art, and assets, are owned by Sagittarius. This EULA does not grant you ownership of the Game, only a license to use it.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from Sagittarius.
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Exploit the Game, its mechanics, or any assets for any unauthorized purposes.
4. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows user-generated content (e.g., mods, custom levels), you grant Sagittarius a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute your content within the Game or for promotional purposes.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Sagittarius may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
6. No Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sagittarius disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sagittarius shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
