This EULA is a legal agreement between you and MakeRejoiceGames ("Company") for the game "DARK IN LIGHT" and any related content (the "Game").

The Game is licensed, not sold. The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your private, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and applicable laws.

You may not:

• copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Game except as expressly permitted by law;
  
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  
• distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, upload, or otherwise transfer the Game to others;
  
• use cheats, trainers, automation, or exploits, or otherwise manipulate the Game in a way that disrupts normal gameplay or undermines intended game rules.

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game belong to the Company and its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest.

The Game may include third-party software or content subject to additional terms. Those terms will govern such components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to the Game.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.

This EULA will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
