End-User License Agreement (EULA) for 9 Ways: Hentai Harem
Effective Date: February 1, 2025
IMPORTANT: Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using 9 Ways: Hentai Harem ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. Grant of License:
Charmeow ("Developer") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions:
You may not modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
You may not use the Game for any unlawful purposes.
3. Ownership:
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game remain with Charmeow.
4. User-Generated Content:
If the Game allows the creation of user-generated content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Charmeow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content within the Game.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability:
Charmeow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from Charmeow if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
