This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Dark Tether Games (the "Developer"), the creator of Ultimate Bondage Simulator (the "Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial use on a single device. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software, which remains the exclusive property of Dark Tether Games.
2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Redistribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software, or any part of it, without prior written consent from the Developer.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, or otherwise manipulate the Software in any way not authorized by the Developer.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software without prior written consent from the Developer.
Use the Software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to creating a competing product or service.
Use the Software in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to harassment, violation of personal rights, or exploitation.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Software, including all its contents (such as art, sound, and code), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including any updates or modifications, remain with Dark Tether Games or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the Developer's trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property except as explicitly set forth herein.
4. TERMS OF SERVICE
The Software is made available to you through Steam. You agree to comply with the Steam Terms of Service, and any updates or changes made by Valve Corporation (the owner of Steam) in regard to the platform.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will Dark Tether Games be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if Dark Tether Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. Dark Tether Games does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. The Developer does not warrant that the Software will function on any particular hardware or software configuration.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
8. PERSONAL DATA
By using the Software, you may be required to submit personal data (such as account details) to Steam. Dark Tether Games does not collect personal data outside of the Steam platform. Please refer to Steam’s Privacy Policy for details on how your personal data is managed.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dark Tether Games is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Software.
