# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and **[Lost Cabinet Games]** ("Company", "We", "Us") for the use of the video game **[Obsidian Moon]** (the "Game") distributed via Steam.
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

## 1. License Grant
The Company grants you a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license** to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with this Agreement and Steam's Subscriber Agreement.

## 2. Ownership
The Game, including all content, code, artwork, audio, music, story, characters, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

## 3. Restrictions
You may not:
* Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Game except as expressly permitted by law
* Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
* Use the Game for commercial purposes
* Remove or alter any proprietary notices
* Use cheats, automation software, bots, or exploits unless explicitly allowed
* Use the Game in any unlawful manner

## 4. User Content (If Applicable)
If the Game allows you to create or upload content ("User Content"), you grant the Company a **worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license** to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Game.
You represent that you have the rights to any User Content you submit.

## 5. Updates and Modifications
The Company may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at its discretion. Such updates are considered part of the Game and subject to this Agreement.

## 6. Online Services
The Game may include online features. The Company does not guarantee that online services will be available at all times and may modify or discontinue them without notice.

## 7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.

## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided **"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"**, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

## 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

## 10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Game or violation of this Agreement.

## 11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with **generally accepted principles of international contract law**, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent that a specific national law must be applied, such law shall be determined in accordance with applicable international private law rules.
