Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Cannoneer (the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
dReal Ltd. ("we," "us," "our") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
The Game, including but not limited to its source code, graphics, sounds, text, animations, designs, and related documentation, is owned by dReal Ltd. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to:
a) Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Game
b) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works
c) Use cheats, automation software, hacks, mods, or other unauthorized third-party software
d) Exploit the Game or its parts for commercial purposes
e) Use the Game to harass, abuse, or harm others
f) Interfere with or disrupt the multiplayer services or other players' use of the Game
3.1 VOICE CHAT AND PLAYER INTERACTIONS
When using the Game's voice chat and multiplayer features, you agree not to:
a) Use hate speech, discriminatory language, or excessive profanity
b) Harass, threaten, or bully other players
c) Make unwanted sexual comments or advances
d) Share personal information of others without consent
e) Engage in disruptive behavior such as voice spamming or intentionally loud noises
f) Use voice chat to promote commercial products or services
g) Deliberately interfere with other players' gameplay experience
We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to voice chat and multiplayer features for players who violate these conduct rules.
The Game is rated PEGI 3 with "Users Interact" descriptor. While the Game's content is suitable for all age groups, the multiplayer features allow player interaction through voice chat. Parents and guardians should supervise their children's online interactions.
The Game uses Epic Online Services for multiplayer functionality. Your use of multiplayer features is subject to:
a) Epic Online Services' terms of service
b) Maintaining an active internet connection
c) Following appropriate conduct in voice chat and player interactions
d) Using appropriate player names that do not violate our content guidelines
Refunds for the Game are handled through Steam according to Steam's refund policy. Please refer to Steam's refund policy for detailed information about eligibility and the refund process.
We may offer additional content or features for the Game in the future, which may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Please refer to the Game's Steam store page for current technical requirements and specifications. Meeting these requirements is necessary for proper gameplay experience.
The Game:
a) Stores game progress, achievements, and settings locally on your device
b) Does not collect or transmit personal information to dReal Ltd.
c) Uses Epic Online Services solely for multiplayer functionality
d) Does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall dReal Ltd. be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate this license if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
