1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "User") and Frostcube Games (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"), developer of NimerWorld Shadows of a Promise.
By installing, using, or accessing this software, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the software.
2. License Grant
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use this software solely for your personal and non-commercial use, except as expressly permitted under this Agreement.
3. Restrictions on Use
The User is not permitted to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or extract the source code of the software.
Extract, copy, or reuse game assets, including models, textures, sounds, music, or other elements, for external projects without prior authorization from the Developer.
Redistribute, resell, or modify the software without the Developer's express written consent.
Commercially exploit the software or its assets, except as expressly permitted under this Agreement or by applicable law.
4. Creation of Mods
The Developer permits the creation of modifications ("mods") under the following conditions:
Mods must be created solely for personal use or shared within the context of the game.
Mods must not involve the extraction or redistribution of the game's original assets outside the game.
Mods must not interfere with the operation of the software or violate any other terms of this Agreement.
5. Content Creation
The User may create, publish, and monetize videos, live streams, screenshots, and other audiovisual content featuring the software, provided that such content does not involve the independent extraction or redistribution of the game's original assets.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to this software, including copyrights, trademarks, game design, and other protected elements, are owned by the Developer or their respective licensors.
This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the User.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for:
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software.
Loss of data, service interruptions, or any technical issues caused by the use of the software.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit any rights granted to the User under applicable law that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by the User or the Developer. Any breach of its terms may result in termination of the license, without prejudice to any rights granted to the User under applicable law.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions applicable to the User.
