This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Indion ("Company", "We", "Us") for the use of Supre-Immune ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.

This Game is currently in Early Access. This means:

• The Game is still in development, and content and features may be added, changed, or removed.
  
• Bugs, errors, and incomplete features may exist.
  
• Game balance, systems, and save data may change due to updates.
  
• Feedback during the Early Access period may be incorporated into game development.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the terms of this EULA and Steam's Subscriber Agreement.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
  
• Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Game.
  
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any copies of it.
  
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
  
• Exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate immediately and automatically without any notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.

We may update or modify the Game and this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Game and uninstall it.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
