Prohibited Actions
You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the game without Polygon Art’s prior written consent.
You must not use cheats, automation tools, or unauthorized third-party software that alters or interferes with the game or other users’ access.
Termination and Modification
Polygon Art reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game at any time without prior notice. We may terminate your access if you breach this EULA, at which point your license to use the game will be revoked.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied. Polygon Art does not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Polygon Art will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this EULA will be resolved through final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Germany. The arbitration will be conducted in English.
General Provisions
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Polygon Art regarding the game. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
