This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Numantikun GameDev ("We", "Us") regarding your use of the video game Ascend the Dome (the "Game"). By installing, copying, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
Below are specific provisions regarding two features of the Game that require explicit user consent.

1.1 Leaderboard Features
The Game includes multiple leaderboard systems tied to your in-game performance and your Steam account. These leaderboards display the rankings. These include:

• A Global Leaderboard, where your Steam username may be displayed publicly if you complete the Game under certain conditions in competitive mode (Speedrun Game Mode).
  
• A Friends-Only Leaderboard, available through an alternate game mode (Cozy Time), where your Steam username and performance may be visible only to users who are your friends on Steam.

1.2 Consent to Display
By participating in either of the above game modes, you explicitly authorize Numantikun GameDev to use your Steam username for leaderboard display purposes:

• On the Global Leaderboard: visible publicly.
  
• On the Friends-Only Leaderboard: visible only to your Steam friends who also play the Game.

This data is used solely for in-game ranking purposes and will not be sold or distributed to unauthorized third parties. This information will not be used for commercial purposes or shared with unauthorized third parties. Your Steam username will be visible to other players. If you do not wish your username to appear on the leaderboard, you may choose not to participate in this game mode.
By clicking “Accept,” you confirm that you have read and understood this clause, and you authorize the display of your Steam username for the purposes described above.


2.1 System Description
The Game includes an optional interactive mode that integrates with Twitch via the OAuth authorization system provided by http://twitchapps.com/. This integration allows you to connect your Twitch account to the Game in order to:

• Verify your identity as a Twitch streamer or viewer.
  
• Access and display your Twitch chat in real time within the Game.
  
• Allow viewers to interact with your game session through chat commands.
  
• Trigger in-game reactions to Twitch events such as subscriptions and cheers (donations).

2.2 Use of OAuth Authorization
OAuth access will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

• User identity verification.
  
• Chat access and configuration.
  
• Real-time interaction with Twitch-based events (commands, subs, cheers).

2.3 Consent and Revocation
By connecting your Twitch account using OAuth, you:

• Agree to the Terms of Service of Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/p/legal/terms-of-service/) and of http://twitchapps.com/.
  
• Authorize Numantikun GameDev to access your Twitch chat solely for the functionalities described above.
  
• Can revoke access at any time via your Twitch account settings under "Connected Apps".

2.4 Data Privacy
No personal or sensitive data (such as email, stream history, or payment information) is collected, stored, or shared. All chat interactions are processed in real time and are not recorded or retained.

2.5 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for moderating your Twitch chat content. Numantikun GameDev is not liable for any content submitted by viewers through chat commands or any other Twitch-related interactions.


This game contains intense audio-visual effects that may impact certain players. Specifically, it includes:

• Loud or high-pitched sounds that may be startling or uncomfortable.
  
• Screen effects such as camera shakes, motion blur, and disorienting visual distortions, as well as rotating or moving platforms that may cause dizziness or motion sickness.
  
• Flashing lights and strobe effects which may trigger seizures in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.

Player discretion is advised. If you experience discomfort, nausea, dizziness, or visual disturbances, stop playing immediately and consult a medical professional if necessary.


Use of the above features is entirely optional. However, by enabling any of them, you expressly accept the terms described in this EULA section. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the corresponding features.
Remember that by installing the game you are accepting the conditions explained above. If you are unsure, we recommend request a refund through the Steam platform.
