End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Astrolite

PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
By downloading, installing, or using the software "Astrolite" ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you disagree with these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
The developer ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal entertainment purposes only, subject to the terms of this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
Use the Game for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the Licensor.
Circumvent or interfere with the Game’s security features, including those protecting its connection to online services or features.
Engage in activities that harm or disrupt the functionality of the Game, its associated services, or its player community.
Distribute or share unauthorized copies of the Game.
3. Tampering and Modifications
The Licensor does not restrict local modifications to the Game for personal use. However, any tampering, reverse engineering, or unauthorized modifications that:
Interact with online features (such as the Steam inventory or in-game market), or
Enable malicious actions affecting other users, the Game’s ecosystem, or the Licensor’s rights
are strictly prohibited.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to its code, assets, trademarks, and related materials, are owned by the Licensor. This EULA does not grant you ownership of the Game or its intellectual property.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or operate without interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that come from your use of the Game, even if you think about the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
