This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Stellar Forge Works, the developer and publisher of GCS: Salvage Rat ("Software" or "Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Stellar Forge Works grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software.
Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Stellar Forge Works retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software and all associated intellectual property rights.
4. User-Generated Content
If the Software allows for user-generated content (UGC), you grant Stellar Forge Works a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Game and its community.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Stellar Forge Works does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or operate without interruption.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stellar Forge Works shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State or Country], without regard to conflict of law provisions.
