This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you "User" and Trefilov Aleksandr for the game Deep Water (Game). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
• Copy, distribute, or modify the Game, except as expressly permitted.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Game to any third party.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any other unauthorized third-party software.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Game.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, is owned by the Company. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
4. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
We may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. These updates may be automatic or require manual installation. Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access to the Game if you fail to comply with any term in this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease using the Game.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or use of the Game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
