END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Bytale Games ("Developer") governing your use of the demo version of the game Hunt Grounds ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Hack, exploit, or interfere with the Software or its network features.
Use the Software for any commercial purposes.
Circumvent any security measures embedded in the Software.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including any updates or modifications, are owned by the Developer. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software or any related intellectual property.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.
