1.3. Payment and Game Points Purchase and Usage
Our Services are not free; all gameplay consumes game points (referred to as Points). Once Points reach zero, you will not be able to use our Services. After the free Points are depleted, you must purchase Points to continue using our Services.
Additionally, we will reward users who log into our game daily with a certain amount of in-game points. These points are non-cumulative and valid only for the day they are issued, allowing such users to continue experiencing our game for free within certain limits.

Points do not hold real-world monetary value and may not be traded, transferred, or sold in any form to others or third parties.
GDAN SOFT may provide users with Points through promotions or similar methods. Gifted Points may have an expiration date, which will be specified at the time of gifting.

GDAN SOFT is not liable for any direct or indirect damages users may suffer from using the AI Girlfriend feature, including but not limited to emotional dependence, mental anguish, loss of income, etc. Regardless of the cause of the damage, whether from subjective reliance by the user or due to technical issues, GDAN SOFT assumes no liability.

1.4.9.1. Source of Generation
The virtual character images employed by the Game are generated by the "Juggernaut" model (hereinafter referred to as the "Model") provided by RunDiffusion. These virtual character images are automatically generated via relevant algorithms and are not based on any real individual.
1.4.9.2. License of Use
Having fully communicated with and obtained express authorization from the creator(s) of the Model, we are entitled to lawfully use the aforementioned virtual character images in accordance with the Model's current terms of use. Since the current terms do not require any additional commercial license, the Game is not required to seek a separate commercial license. In the event that the Model's terms are modified in the future to require a commercial license, the Game will obtain such license in accordance with the revised terms.
1.4.9.3. Ownership
The technology and copyrights pertaining to the Model and any derivative works thereof belong to the relevant rights holders, namely the Juggernaut model and its creator(s). The Game's use of these virtual character images is strictly within the scope of the current terms and the authorization obtained, and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of the Model, its creator(s), or any third party.
1.4.9.4. Risks and Liability
In the event any third party believes the Game's use of the virtual character images constitutes infringement or violates applicable laws and regulations, the Game will address such issues in accordance with the law and relevant contractual provisions. Having fully communicated with and obtained express authorization from the creator(s) of the Model, we are entitled to lawfully use the aforementioned virtual character images in accordance with the Model's current terms of use. Since the current terms do not require any additional commercial license, the Game is not required to seek a separate commercial license. In the event that the Model's terms are modified in the future to require a commercial license, the Game will obtain such license in accordance with the revised terms.
