END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR "NOWHERE TO RUN"

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING NOWHERE TO RUN (THE "GAME"). BY INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

LICENSE GRANT Choosewise LLC ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Game, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Licensor and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

USER RESTRICTIONS You agree NOT to: a) Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game b) Reverse engineer or decompile the Game c) Use the Game for commercial purposes d) Create derivative works based on the Game e) Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding f) Use cheats, automation software, hacks, or mods g) Exploit bugs or perform unauthorized modifications

USER GENERATED CONTENT If the Game allows creation of user content: a) You retain ownership of your original content b) You grant Licensor worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content c) You agree not to create offensive or illegal content

STEAM PLATFORM INTEGRATION This Game is distributed via Steam and subject to Steam's Subscriber Agreement. You must maintain a valid Steam account to access the Game.

UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS Licensor reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time. Updates may be mandatory for continued use.

PRIVACY Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://choosewise.app/policy

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

TERMINATION This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.

GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, United States.
