End User License Agreement (EULA)
IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "You") and PolytopiaSeries for the software product ("Software") developed and owned by PolytopiaSeries .
1. License Grant
PolytopiaSeries grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
3. Intellectual Property
The Software and all rights, without limitation including intellectual property rights, therein are and shall remain the property of PolytopiaSeries .
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s). Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. [Your Company Name] disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PolytopiaSeries be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of your use of or inability to use the Software.
