END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR COSMIC SWARM
1. Grant of License. ZM5J grants you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Ownership. All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all storylines, characters, locations, and assets, are and shall remain the exclusive property of ZM5J. You may not claim ownership or distribute any assets outside of the game; however, you own the permanent copy of the game you purchased.
3. License Restrictions. You may not: (i) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (iii) cheat in any online component, including leaderboards and versus missions; (iv) engage in software piracy.
4. Prohibition on Piracy. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or pirating of Cosmic Swarm is strictly prohibited, as it causes significant damage to our intellectual property and harms our ability to continue development.
5. Data Collection. We collect anonymous, aggregated data for analytics to improve the game, such as feature usage and menu interaction. This data cannot identify you personally.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ZM5J DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZM5J SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
8. Termination. This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
